HOW WE PREPARE YOUR SYSTEM
Configuration & system setup
We configure the agreed sources, audio zones, display settings and controls for the intended use. Clear equipment and room names help connect the technical setup with the tasks people need to perform.

Commissioning & practical testing
Commissioning checks that the parts work together as a system. We test the agreed operating scenarios, review signal routing and control behavior, and identify remaining items before the user handoff.

Training after commissioning
Once commissioning is complete, training focuses on real tasks: starting the system, choosing content, adjusting sound and shutting down. We tailor the session to the intended users and review the guidance included in the project.

We explain how to request help and what information is useful when reporting an issue. Available support, maintenance and response arrangements depend on the agreed scope; they are not assumed to be included with every installation.
